Sharing the project with another organization

To share a project with another organization, click “Share” next to the name of the project. You will be asked to type in the name of the organization you want to share the project with. By checking “Allow Edit” the organization you shared your project with will be able to make all the changes to the project, just like your own organization. If you do not check this option, the organization will only be able to view this project just as if all the users would have a status Member. After you confirm your request by clicking “Request Sharing” your request will be sent to the Kinaki Team who will finalize the sharing of your project.

Tip: You can use the Share Project function to create complex organizational structures. For example, you can have an umbrella organization which can oversee projects created by a number of local branches.

Copying Project: In special cases, it is possible to request creating a copy of a project, if you wish to do so, please contact the Kinaki team.
