Login and Forgotten Password

How do I log in?
To log in you need to go to the Kinaki Sign In page. You can access this page using the “Login” button on the Kinaki home page or using this link. To log in simply fill in your email and password.
Organization Admins will be additionally asked to confirm their identity using a code sent to their email address.
What should I do if forgot my password or my account was blocked?
If you forget your password and you cannot login to Kinaki, please click “Forgot your password?” on the Kinaki Login page. You will be asked your security questions. After you correctly answer the security question you will be emailed a link which you can use to set a new password. If you do not remember the answer to your security question or you did not set one, please contact the Kinaki team and we will help you to solve your issue.
If your account was blocked (most likely due to the high number of unsuccessful login attempts), please contact the Kinaki support team to get your account unblocked.
What should I do if I think that somebody is trying to log into my account?
Please contact the Kinaki support immediately if you are receiving two-factor authentication emails even though you did not try to log in, or your account was blocked after unsuccessful logins without you trying to log in.
If you believe somebody other than you managed to log into your account, change your password immediately and contact the Kinaki support.
